Client×site engagements and their SLA targets.

Definition

One row per client×site contract with billing model, OTIF / pick-accuracy / dock-to-stock SLA targets, term dates, auto-renew flag, and a monthly fee. Feeds int_whse__contract_sla → mart_client_scorecard. Every row carries a deterministic `source_uri` reconciliation key into the `client-sla-contracts` corpus. Raw term dates are `start_date`/`end_date` (aliased to `term_start`/`term_end` only in the intermediate; the corpus reads the raw names).

pick_accuracy_target_pct

Pick-accuracy SLA target percent, e.g. `99.50`. Coerced to Decimal(6,2) in staging.

dock_to_stock_target_hrs

Inbound dock-to-stock SLA target in hours, e.g. `24.00`. Coerced to Decimal(6,2) in staging.

start_date

ISO-8601 contract start date. Coerced to Date in staging. Raw name aliased to `term_start` downstream (INC-06).

end_date

ISO-8601 contract end date. Coerced to Date in staging. Raw name aliased to `term_end` downstream (INC-06).

auto_renew

String "true"/"false" — whether the contract auto-renews. Coerced to UInt8 (0/1) in staging.

monthly_fee_eur

Recurring monthly fee in EUR. Coerced to Decimal(14,2) in staging.

source_uri

Deterministic `gs://…/unstructured/client-sla-contracts/<contract_id>.md` URI on every row. Reconciliation key into the client-sla-contracts corpus.
