The brand tenants whose goods we warehouse.

Definition

The client dimension for the warehousing domain — one row per brand tenant with segment, tier, home region/country, and a primary contact. `client_id` is the multi-tenant isolation key carried onto every client-keyed table (orders, inventory, returns) and the target of the client_account_manager row policy. The primary-contact name/email are identity/contact PII tagged so masking + erasure fire end-to-end; account_manager_name is an internal role label, not PII.

Human-readable client brand name (Faker company). Free-text.

client_segment

Industry segment of the client. Coerced to LowCardinality(String) in staging. Authoritative name is `client_segment` (not `segment`).

client_tier

Strategic importance — `strategic`, `key`, `standard`.

home_region

Client HQ region — `EU`, `UK`, `NA`, `APAC`.

home_country

ISO-3166 alpha-2 country code of the client HQ.

primary_contact_name

Client-side primary contact full name. Identity PII; erased via `nullify`.

Client-side primary contact email. Contact PII; erased via `nullify`.

account_manager_name

Internal account-manager label (not PII-classified — an internal role name reused as a label). Free-text.

onboarded_date

ISO-8601 date the client was onboarded. Coerced to Date in staging.

active

String "true"/"false" — whether the client is currently active. Coerced to UInt8 (0/1) in staging.
