Definition

Polymorphic links: `comm_id` (keyed by comm_type) ↔ `entity_id` (keyed by entity_type). No hard relationship test is possible across the union; coverage is asserted via accepted_values on comm_type + entity_type. Carries `confidence` when inferred.
