Our experts — who can staff and author what.

Definition

One row per internal subject-matter expert — name, email, department, expertise + certification tags, seniority, weekly capacity, and availability. Carries identity PII (name/email) keyed to `sme_id`; the PII columns are tagged so masking + erasure fire end-to-end. SMEs own opportunities and lead-author proposals.

UUID5 — primary key on the source side. Stable across re-syncs.

full_name

SME full name. Identity PII; erased via `nullify`.

PII

SME work email. Contact PII; erased via `nullify`.

PII

department

Function the SME sits in — `engineering`, `security`, `legal`, `finance`, `delivery`, `sales`.

title

Job title. Free-text, not classified as PII on its own.

expertise_tags

Pipe-delimited expertise tags (e.g. `cloud|security|fedramp`). Parsed/kept as a delimited string in staging.

certifications

Pipe-delimited certifications the SME holds. Parsed/kept as a delimited string in staging.

seniority

Seniority band — `junior`, `mid`, `senior`, `principal`.

region

Region the SME operates in — `NA`, `EMEA`, `APAC`, `LATAM`.

capacity_hrs_week

Weekly capacity in hours 0..40. String on the wire; coerced to UInt8 in staging.

availability_status

Current availability — `available`, `limited`, `unavailable`.
