One row per RFX opportunity — type (RFP/RFQ/RFI), account, region, issued/due dates, estimated value, pipeline stage, owning SME, and win probability. The spine of the procurement domain: proposals hang off it, and each opportunity reconciles with exactly one `rfx-documents` blob via the deterministic `source_uri`.

Estimated deal size. Plain decimal on the wire; coerced to Decimal(14,2) in staging.
currency
ISO-4217 currency of `est_value` — `USD`, `EUR`, `GBP`.
stage
Pipeline stage — `qualifying`, `in_progress`, `submitted`, `won`, `lost`, `no_bid`.
owner_sme_id
Owning SME. String on the wire; coerced and validated against `rfx_sme_directory` in staging.
probability
Win probability 0..100. String on the wire; coerced to UInt8 in staging.
source
How the opportunity arrived — `inbound`, `portal`, `referral`, `existing_customer`.
source_uri
Deterministic `gs://…/unstructured/rfx-documents/<rfx_id>.md` URI of the RFX document blob. The reconciliation key between structured rows and the document corpus.
