escalation_role
Role the approval escalates to if the SLA is breached. LowCardinality(String).
sla_hours
Hours allowed before escalation. String on the wire; coerced to UInt16 in staging.
active
String "true"/"false" — whether the rule is currently in force. Coerced to UInt8 (0/1) in staging.
