Definition

One row per staff member with assigned site, function, shift, employment type, productivity (units_per_labor_hr), hire date, and active flag. Site-level averages roll up into mart_site_performance.avg_units_per_labor_hr. Carries identity (full_name) and contact (email) PII keyed to `staff_id`, tagged so masking + erasure fire end-to-end.

The site the staff member is assigned to. String on the wire; coerced and validated against `whse_sites` in staging.

full_name

Staff full name. Identity PII; erased via `nullify`.

shift

Shift — `early`, `late`, `night`.

employment_type

Employment type — `permanent`, `temporary`, `agency`.

units_per_labor_hr

Productivity — units handled per labor hour. Coerced to Decimal(8,2) in staging.

hired_date

ISO-8601 hire date. Coerced to Date in staging.

active

String "true"/"false" — whether the staff member is currently active. Coerced to UInt8 (0/1) in staging.
