Current consent state per processing purpose — de-identified counts built on `mart_consent_current` (latest event per customer × purpose wins). A materialized purpose-grain rollup; the AI-surfaced `consent_state` metric (the one the marketing mart reconciles against) is declared on `mart_consent_current`, not here — this table is no longer registered as a metric to avoid a duplicate metric name. A withdrawal recorded in-platform is honored at read time (active_subjects drops, withdrawn rises). Aggregate only — no customer_id, no free text.
